Early bird registration fee is US$ 380 (before 25 April 2014), and the regular registration fee is US$ 450 (after 25 April 2014). Registration fees for   doctoral or graduate student will be US$ 350.

After co-working with All Pay (a third-party payment company), the secure online payment system is available now. Presenters who do not remit payment and online registration will not be eligible to present papers.  Your understanding and kind cooperation are highly appreciated.
